ABOUT PERMIA
A company under French law, selling one thing: the environment and the hosting. Never the model.
Permia runs persistent tmux and zellij sessions on machines in France. You bring your own agent keys: Claude Code, Codex, Mistral, or a local model. We bill the environment, nothing else.

WHY THIS EXISTS
US dev clouds are good. That is exactly the problem.
Codespaces and its peers are excellent products. For most projects they are fine. But a growing share of European client work now arrives with a residency clause, a DPO, or a question about the US CLOUD Act, which lets US authorities compel US-controlled companies to produce data they hold, wherever the servers are. A US-operated environment cannot answer that question, whatever its datacenter map says.
So we built the boring half: a real Linux box in France, sessions that survive the disconnect, paperwork a DPO can sign. Your agent and your keys stay yours.

If your agent vendor changes its terms tomorrow, you swap keys. Your environment does not move.

Permia is the tmux-on-a-VPS workflow, rebuilt into the version I could hand a client's DPO without apologizing.
Every demo call is with me. So is support.
